Costa del Sol

Accessible within half an hour

Seaside resorts such as Torre del Mar and Nerja are half an hour's drive away. The beaches, the coast and the azure sea are beautiful. The atmosphere is relaxed and even in high season there is plenty of space.

It is still a lot quieter here than in the famous places Marbella and Torremolinos. Many kilometres of beach give you lots of space for a walk or wonderful sunbathing. At the various beach clubs you can rent a beach bed with parasol and enjoy a day at the beach.

How about a bite to eat on the boulevard with a drink or ice cream? You can really enjoy the typical Spanish cosiness here.

Overwintering

A great idea!

The climate in this part of Andalusia is the mildest in Europe. The mountains surrounding the area hold back the cold north wind from the plateau. In winter the warm south wind from Africa lingers. An ideal combination that ensures a very pleasant temperature. You can already enjoy the beach on the Costa del Sol when it is still too cold elsewhere in Europe. Sol does not mean for nothing that the sun almost always shines, namely about 300 days a year. Wintering here is a great idea!
